Merge Infinity – An 8-Direction Number Matching Game Where Every Move Matters

Merge Infinity is an extremely simple number-matching puzzle game. You can slide number tiles in 8 directions to make the longest merged chain. If a game that is relaxing and yet demands strategic thinking comes up, then Merge Infinity will be your best bet.

How to Play Merge Infinity?

In contrast to the classic game 2048, where you can slide only in 4 directions, here you can use 8 directions to slide the numbers, including diagonals. You make a continuous chain linking tiles with the same value. The moment your hand is off the tiles, the whole chain turns into a new top-valued tile, instantly granting points equal to the tile value to your total score.

Important Point: The longer the chain, the more the reward; however, the risk also increases.

What Makes Merge Infinity Difficult Little by Little?

At the beginning of the game, the board is very spacious and easily manageable. But the game slowly pushes the player into difficulty with several factors:

One wrong move can cut off the whole merging pathway and knock the game out immediately.

Real-Life Experience: Relaxing But Not at All "Forgetful"

Merge Infinity does not put pressure on you to speed up or count down. However, do not get it wrong: this game is very unforgiving towards negligence. You will frequently be frozen for a second or two just to think:

"Should I go for short merges for safety or take a risk to create long chains and get a higher score?"

This subtle tension is what contributes to the game being quietly addictive.
